Frontline 07 · Groundwork
Development.
What is being built, and how far along it is. Every development in front of Franklin's Planning Commission and Board of Mayor and Aldermen, threaded into its own timeline with the vote at each step, alongside every state roadway project on TDOT's books across Williamson and Maury counties. Read from the city's and the department's own records each morning.

Loose ends
Not yet attached to a project.
Land-use business that named no subdivision, so it could not be threaded automatically. Most of it is annexation and rezoning of land that has not been given a name yet, which is usually the earliest public sign of something coming.
Provenance
Where this comes from.
This page reports what the source records say and nothing beyond it. Every vote shown is the city clerk's own tally, printed on the agenda. Nothing here is real time: an agenda appears a few days before its meeting, and a roadway project's stage changes when the department updates its file, on no fixed schedule. Issued building permits and the other Williamson County towns are not here yet.
