Franklin Municipal Planning Commission
On the Planning Commission.
The board sends one alderman to the nine-member Planning Commission, which approves site plans and plats and hears every rezoning and annexation before the board votes on it. Petersen holds that seat, which runs with the alderman's term, to October 2027. The commission's votes are counted on their own, apart from the board's.
